Meet Hanna who works as a Category Manager
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
In my role as Category Manager for the Kids & Baby Team I am responsible for the budget and profitability of my business area, such as sales, margins, profitability, costs etc. My daily schedule tends to vary a lot, but my days normally entail meetings and phone calls with vendors, catch ups with my team to support and help them with analysis and different projects. I also spend a lot of time analysing sales and competitors to come up with action plans and new projects related our categories.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best thing about working at Jollyroom is that you really can influence the business, we have an open-door policy where all ideas are welcome! I also love working with my fantastic team and to see them develop and reach new goals.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
You need to be able to multitask, be flexible and adaptable to change. We are a fast-moving business, but if you are driven and work hard, there are amazing opportunities for career progression.
How do you spend your free time?
I love spending time with my family and friends, and I am also passionate about fitness and health. In particular, I enjoy long-distance running and yoga.
