Meet Johanna who works as a 2nd line Agent
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
A typical day for me is that I make sure that our customer service routines are correct. I work with customs documents for returns that come from Norway and we closely interact with our other departments at Jollyroom. My role also includes, of course, meeting our customers and provide excellent service.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The community and collaboration at the company between all departments. There are always opportunities for those who want to develop within the company, I started my jolly journey in June 2023 as a 1st line Agent and now I am entering the role of 2nd line Agent.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
An important quality you should have to work here is to be a social person that appreciate changes, it is also important to dare to ask for help if you need it.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my family, friends and partner, we hang out and come up with things together.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I work to provide correct information so that we can respond to our customers in the best way that makes life a little bit easier for the customer.
