Meet Susanne who works as the Head of Customer & Operations
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
My role means that I am responsible for our customer service department and our logistic department. My working days are incredibly varied with everything from questions about deliveries, working environment, support our staff and continuous improvements. But the most important is to secure our customer deliveries and to make sure to deliver the customer promises that we make every day.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
We have endless opportunities to develop in a fantastic environment.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
You need to love challenges and changes. We work hard to always be a little better tomorrow than we were today. And we learn from our mistakes.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my family and our three dogs. We love being in our caravan and go on little adventures together.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I make life easier for families with children by ensuring that together in our organization we deliver what the families ordered on time, that we answer all product questions before a possible purchase and provide service every time a customer contacts us. In addition to that, I always take with me the question of whether the decision we make will simplify life for families with children.
