Meet Lovisa who works as a Backup Team Leader
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
A typical day for me might involve taking part in various projects to develop the department, coaching agents, managing cases, and helping other Team Leaders with tasks. I also step in as a Team Leader when needed. It's a versatile role where I have a wide range of tasks.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
I started at Jollyroom in September 2018 as a Customer Service Agent, then as a temporary employee for hourly support during the Christmas sales. Just three weeks later, I was offered a full-time position as I quickly showed my skills and commitment. During my time as a Customer Service Agent, I was able to learn how to handle complaints, train agents and assist with customer queries. In October 2020, I got a new position as a 2nd line Agent where I learned more administrative work and among other things coaching for agents. Then, in September 2021 I was given the position of Backup Team Leader. The best thing about working at Jollyroom is the development opportunities and how educational the work is. I've learned a lot in my almost 4 years here and look forward to what the future holds for me skills-wise!
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
Absolutely to be social and open. We are employees who value socialising at different times and communicating with each other. Also, to be willing to cooperate, we are teams working together!
How do you spend your free time?
I like to spend time with family or friends, maybe have a coffee or two or watch a film.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I show and help other employees to be available for our customers who contact us and help them with their issues. I always find it nice to get positive feedback back from customers!
