What could an ordinary day look like for you?
An ordinary day in my role as an HR Partner at Jollyroom can vary, but it is always dynamic. I typically review candidates and manage selection processes for the roles I am recruiting for, and I may also conduct in-person interviews together with the hiring manager.
I support managers and employees with questions related to labour law, work environment matters, and topics connected to employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements. When new managers join the organization, I deliver training sessions and ensure they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and leadership expectations.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best part of working at Jollyroom is the variety in my work — no two days are the same. The pace can be both fast and calm, and there is a real opportunity to influence how you work and contribute with your own ideas. The colleagues at Jollyroom are also truly wonderful, and we have a lot of fun together.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
Being a team player is essential, as well as not being afraid to help others during busy periods. Supporting each other and having an open-minded attitude are key qualities to thrive at Jollyroom.
How do you spend your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, eating good food, and working out. I also never say no to after-work gatherings with colleagues.

I contribute by ensuring that we recruit the right people to Jollyroom and that our employees have the tools and support they need to perform at their best.
