Meet Henri who works as a Claims Manager
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
The main task of my job as a claims manager is to ensure an effective and hassle-free claims process for our customers as well as ensure that all my employees have the best prerequisites to perform their jobs. That being said an ordinary for me can vary greatly. It can involve meetings and catch-ups with different partners from within as well as outside the organisation, such as suppliers, purchasing or our customer service department. As I am responsible for a team handling our customer claims and repairs, I even lead our morning meetings with all team members, have one-on-ones, support the daily operations, and set the foundation for effective collaboration between all parties.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best part of working at Jollyroom are the great career opportunities and the trust given to you as an employee. I myself have started my career at Jollyroom roughly 5 years ago as a seasonal warehouse worker, become shortly after that a Teamleader in charge of the inbound department in one of our warehouses and have now gotten the opportunity to lead the claims department.

How do you spend your free time?
I spend most of my free time with my family of course. We go on small trips, enjoy family activities like hiking, bicycling or the occasional football match as well as trips to the movies. Being a little gaming enthusiast myself you can even find me in front of the Xbox challenging my son in a Mindcraft battle.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
Indirectly I ensure a smooth and quick handling process of claims by giving my employees all the tools necessary to assist our customer in the best possible way and thus contributing to high customer satisfaction. Our vision is to simplify our customers’ lives with kids!
