Meet Felicia who works as Visual Merchandiser
What is your role and what could an ordinary day look like for you?
I work in the Stockholm store as both a salesperson and backup, but my main focus is Visual merchandising. Which includes building inspiring environments and exposing products in a selling and appealing way. That being said, I also have responsibility for the store's orders and assortment. My working days vary - one day I might be fixing a new display, the next day I am helping customers and liaising with suppliers.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best thing about Jollyroom as a workplace is working with my fantastic colleagues, but also that you have the opportunity to develop and challenge yourself. I've gone from being an employee working part-time to getting a full-time position to now being responsible for the visual image of all stores.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
At Jollyroom we keep a fast pace, so it is positive that you are open to challenges, find it fun to find solutions and take initiative. The most important thing is that you are a team player, cooperative and communicative. We work together at all times!
How do you spend your free time?
When I'm not at work, I like to go for a walk with my dog, treat myself to extra good food and, when the opportunity arises, go to the summer cottage on the west coast.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
As my main focus is to make sure to build inspiring environments and to expose products in a selling and appealing way, in combination with my sales role, I believe that I make sure that families with children always purchase the right products, which in turn makes their life easier.
