What could an ordinary day look like for you?
An ordinary day for me as a Teamleader often starts with checking in with my team with morning meetings, making sure everyone feels prepared and motivated. I spend time coordinating tasks, solving challenges that come up, and ensuring that we reach our goals together, be available for my colleagues if they have any question and work with their individual goals. I enjoy creating a safe work environment and confidence between myself and the team. Every day looks different, which keeps the job both exciting and rewarding!
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
Where do I start! I have been here since 2018, and the development opportunities are endless. Jollyroom is growing everyday with its operations and being able to learn, do and teach tasks is the best. I also enjoy the fast-paced environment where there’s always something new happening.
The people here at Jollyroom is also a big contribution to work here. We constantly strive for a strong teamwork.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
You need to be flexible, positive, prone to change and have a problem-solving mindset. Things can move quickly, so being open to change and seeing opportunities will make you reach your goals. Team spirit and communication are also a big key here. As one of our values; We work together!
How do you spend your free time?
The classic answer: I like to spend time with family and friends through various social activities. I also enjoy challenging myself and have recently found a passion for running, where I have a few races coming up.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
By leading my team in a way that ensures we deliver smooth and reliable service. Whether it’s through fast handling, good communication, or making sure orders are correct, our work helps parents feel confident that they can rely on us – which hopefully gives them more time and less stress in their everyday life.
