Meet Viktor who works as Team Leader
What is your role and what could an ordinary day look like for you?
I’m a team leader in the inbound department in one of our three warehouses. No day is like the other, so it’s difficult to say what an ordinary day looks like for me. But the main task in my role is that I, together with my team leader colleagues, plan what the week ahead is going to look like, allocate staff and decide which tasks need to be accomplished. I ensure that my staff has all necessary equipment to perform their job as well as support when and where needed to achieve their individual as well as team goals. In addition to that I collaborate with other departments like Supply Chain and purchasing when it comes solving problems with different deliveries.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best part of working at Jollyroom are the amazing colleagues I have and had through my years here as well as the varied daily tasks. There’s always something new to learn and experience at Jollyroom.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
Most importantly you must be motivated as well as wanting to learn new things and evolve. Jollyroom is always on the move and is focusing on reaching new goals. So if you also love learning new things and reaching the goals you have set up, then Jollyroom is THE place for you.
How do you spend your free time?
I love spending my free time with my fiancé, friends and family with a good dinner or a night out. I also like to workout at the gym but even enjoy taking it easy and just watch a good tv-series or movie. In addition to that I love to travel and see new places during my vacations.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I ensure, together with my staff, that the deliveries that we receive from our suppliers get delivered into our warehouse in time so that they are available for our customers to order. With good collaboration with the other departments, we make sure that the right products are available to our customers at the right time and get delivered in a timely fashion, simply making their life easier.
