Meet Andreas who works as a Teamleader
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
A normal day for me starts with a morning meeting with my team for a few minutes, where we get to say good morning to each other and touch base on current topics. A great start to the day that is valuable when most of the team is working remotely. After that, the day continues and I devote myself to my everyday work chores that can be anything from follow up performance, coaching the team and work with improvements for our department.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The absolute best thing about working at Jollyroom is our customer service team - we have really competent and close-knit teams in our department. And for me, who works on campus, I think it's amazing to be so close to the core of the business. I can look out over the warehouse and our products while I refill my coffee and see the trucks with deliveries out to our customers from the window where I sit and work.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
That you are receptive to change as we work in an exciting industry that’s always in motion and changing, that you enjoy working with specific goals and are a competitive person.
How do you spend your free time?
I am an active person but also like to enjoy calm moments, therefore I like to spend my time running a few times during the week and then taking it easy at home by watching some TV, gaming, etc. I also have a soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter who I love to spend time with, so I'm more than happy to do that in my spare time.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
In addition to a good buying experience, it is incredibly important that our customers also get a good experience and a quick solution when something has gone wrong since we sell many vital products for families with children such as strollers, car seats, etc. When a product is broken or something has gone wrong, every day is vital for a family with children and that’s when we at customer service contribute with an important role in helping our customers. In my role, it´s very much about creating and giving my team the absolute best conditions to help our customers in the best possible way.
