Meet Hanna who works as a Training Quality Specialist
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
During a normal day I work with learning & development, everything from creating and developing training material to further train existing staff, but also planning for the introduction of new customer service employees. I also work hand-in-hand with our transport companies to improve our routines and carry out quality checks.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
It is impossible to choose only one thing! It is a great feeling to wake up in the morning and look forward to the workday, which you really do when you work at Jollyroom. There are opportunities to develop in the company, and we have a great focus on creating improvements, which in turn creates commitment and participation. We at Jollyroom have the best team spirit as we work together to achieve our goals.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
To thrive at Jollyroom it is important to be prone to change and solution-focused. If you are, you can take on most challenges and create the best possible result.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my family. It can be a day at the stables together with my children and horses or we spend weekends at our summer cottage fishing and going for walks in the forest.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I get the opportunity to make life easier for families with children in my daily work by working with education and quality to ensure that we can give the best possible service to our customers. We make it easier for families with children when needed, whether it is to provide information about product-specific functions for strollers and car seats or through advice regarding our various products.
