Meet Angelica who works as a Digital Designer
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
My days are very creative and diverse, but in a typical working day I can do everything from researching for upcoming promotions and planning and preparing different concepts to producing materials for print and developing Jollyroom's own visual brand identity.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The opportunity to develop and influence your daily work is, I would say, one of the best things about working at Jollyroom. I started at Jollyroom as a design assistant in 2018, but when the opportunity came up in 2019 to develop and take on even more responsibility, I landed in the role I have today. A role that I have been able to help shape to suit me and my strengths in design.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
I think it's very important to be flexible and quite an undemanding person who is not afraid to take on new things. At Jollyroom, the pulse is high, and you have to be open to quick changes and solution-oriented when necessary.
How do you spend your free time?
In my free time, I prefer to spend time with family and friends, but I also enjoy some me-time in front of a British or Danish drama series. I like to work out and a weekend day is well spent in the city strolling in and out of shops and rounding off with a lovely lunch.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
By providing the customer with a customer journey which is as pleasant and visually guiding as possible in the form of text, images, and navigation. Always wearing the customer glasses and making it as easy as possible for families with children to find what they are looking for to make life easier.
