Meet Andreas who works as a Senior Project Manager
What is your role and what could an ordinary day look like for you?
In my role as Project Manager, I am in close contact with the development team but also work closely with the management. This means that much of my time is spent on the operation and follow-up of development projects, as well as in workshops and discussions with colleagues in the company's departments. Me and my team are involved in constantly finding improvements and steering projects that take Jollyroom to the next level.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
For myself, an important motivation is the company's desire to develop. There is always something going on and the whole company exudes entrepreneurship and forward-thinking. Major investments such as automation and new systems are important, but so is following up and updating what we've already done to keep it relevant.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
Here you are a big gear in a small machine. So if you like fast pace, changing environment filled with small and big challenges, working close to the management and always striving to develop together with those around you, you will enjoy working at Jollyroom.
How do you spend your free time?
As a technology and sports enthusiast, it is never difficult to fill my free time with one of my interests... much to the displeasure of my dear wife.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
At Internal Development, we constantly strive to simplify for our colleagues and for the customer. If we at Jollyroom become more accurate and efficient while maintaining high quality, this will also be visible to the outside world. The customer's journey should be lined with good and relevant options, fast and secure deliveries, and top-class service.
