Meet Sanja who works as a Real Time Analyst
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
A typical day consists of making schedules for the department, booking hourly staff, keeping track of our phone and chat queues, helping agents with technical problems, keeping track of our email queues so that we achieve our goals, organising raffles, and answering questions from agents.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
One of the best things about working at Jollyroom is that you get the opportunity to develop, there is a great opportunity to grow within the company. I started as a Customer Service Agent and then got a role as a 2nd line Agent just over six months later. When I came back from my parental leave in 2021, I was given another step up to Backup Real Time Analyst and then I got a position as a full-time Real Time Analyst in March 2022.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
An important quality to enjoy working with us at Jollyroom is to be open and social, and to dare to ask a colleague if there is something you are wondering about.
How do you spend your free time?
In my free time, I prefer to spend time with my family and friends, watch TV series and go for walks.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I make sure we have the right people in the right place, and that we are always available to answer our customers' questions and help them with their purchases.
