Meet Elin who works as a Backup Team Leader
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
My working days can look very diverse. It can be anything from helping Team Leaders with various tasks and stepping up as Team Leader to the various teams in Customer Service when needed. But also setting up different routines, presentations, and processes for the department together with my colleagues.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best thing about Jollyroom is that you have very nice colleagues and that there is a nice atmosphere in the workplace. There are also opportunities for development. I started working as a 1st line Agent in Customer Service in 2019 and then moved on to become a 2nd line Agent in the fall of 2020 and in the spring of 2021, I started as a Backup Team Leader. It's been an exciting journey and I've learned a lot along the way!
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
To be able to contribute your skills and ideas to the team and help each other. To be able to spread positivity and encourage each other and give feedback in order to develop.
How do you spend your free time?
I prefer to spend my free time with friends and invite them over for nice dinners. I am a trained chef, so I enjoy cooking and trying out different recipes from different cultures. I also like hanging out at thrift stores and crafting decor for my home.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I make life easier for families with children by listening to their needs when they contact us, and then setting up our routines and processes together with the team.
