Jollyrooms secret to success is clearly the culture and the people behind our business- it's the employees who are both the heart and the brains! With that being said we do have our own Human Resources (HR) department, a group simply responsible for managing all employees within their employee life cycle (amongst other things recruiting, hiring, etc.), administering employee benefits as well as providing Jollyroom's managers with the right tools to be able to preserve, retain and develop employees.
