What could an ordinary day look like for you?
As Head of performance, my days are very varied. But a typical day usually includes looking at yesterday´s outcome for our paid channels and CRM, then together with the team coordinate if we need to make any changes in our forecast or in the channel mix to reach our KPI:s for the week, month etc.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
Jollyroom is an exciting company in constant change, operating in an industry that never sleeps. As a company, Jollyroom is always developing. We dare to try new things, which is one of the reasons for our success. Getting to work with some of the industry's best people is very inspiring and instructive.
What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?
You need to enjoy working at a company that never stands still, embrace change and flexibility. Being positive, innovative and like working in a workplace where you can influence and make a difference.

How do you spend your free time?
Preferably I spend my free time with family and friends in the Swedish archipelago during the summer.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
I would say that the performance team facilitate the everyday lives of families with children by making sure we are relevant to them. Provide them with the best offers that suite their current needs based on where they are in the customer journey. Everything we do in terms of advertising and communication should always start with the question; what does the customer want?
