Meet Neda who works as Quality Agent Customer Service
What is your role and what could an ordinary day look like for you?
My role at Jollyroom is quality agent for the customer service. A typical day starts with a morning meeting with the team and team leader to check the status of our queues and to raise important issues. One thing I do daily is review the reviews submitted via Trustpilot and respond to those customers with great care. I’m also helping our customers by answering their emails, chat och telephone calls daily. In my role I'm also constantly working to quality-assure the agents in our teams in order to provide our customers with world-class customer service. By coaching them, hold training courses, rewrite/add new routines to our knowledge base.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
The best thing about working for Jollyroom has to be being part of a growing company. It gives me the opportunity to grow into my role and to contribute to that journey.

How do you spend your free time?
In my spare time I like to be with my son and my husband, together we come up with a lot of fun activities and you can usually find us hiking in the forest, we love that!
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
In my role, I make life easier for families with children by ensuring that we have competent staff at our customer service and by giving my colleagues the right conditions to help customers in a professional and friendly way.
