Meet Jonas who works as a Quality Agent
What could an ordinary day look like for you?
I am currently working as a QA specifically towards complaints. A typical day can consist of working in our flows helping our customers to keep myself updated in real time of what problems our customers are facing. I make sure that we are working correctly towards our customers as well as our suppliers. I also have a lot of contact with our suppliers in the process of complaints between us.
What is the best part of working at Jollyroom?
Of course, we are a really great crew with a great atmosphere, but to mention something a bit more specific, I would have to say the development opportunities. I am probably a living example myself as I have worked in the Warehouse, Returns Department, Complaints Department, Customer Service as a 2nd line agent, Team Leader and now as a Quality Agent. I try to always strive forward and seek out opportunities wherever I can. Jollyroom has helped me a lot by opening doors where I could walk down several different paths. Sometimes the path that I took was the correct one and sometimes it wasn’t. Even when the path felt incorrect for me, Jollyroom was there to help me to seek out new opportunity and that is where I am today. What personal qualities do you think are important to enjoy working at Jollyroom?

How do you spend your free time?
Hanging out with my family or friends is something I love to do. Whether it is having a night out with a few drinks or just hanging out and enjoy time together, I also love being home and playing games in any form. Both online where you can challenge yourself playing against other individuals in games like Counter Strike, as well as offline playing by yourself in a nice storytelling game.
How do you make life easier for families with children in your role?
Through my many years of experience at the company and from different departments, I hope to bring knowledge and the right kind of expertise in my field to my colleagues via education. I help develop procedures and processes for our department that are directly linked to our contact channels with our customers to simplify as well as improve the customer experience at Jollyroom!
