IT Operation & Service Manager
We are looking for a leader to manage our team of five technicians and system engineers, and our technical infrastructure at Camp Jollyroom, Hisingen, Göteborg. Your responsibility is to ensure a stable and robust technical backbone and top class IT and maintenance service in the company.

You and your team will be responsible for:
- Our IT infrastructure on site (warehouses, offices and store) and off site (offices and stores)
- Maintenance of our warehouse automation systems
- IT and maintenance service to all our employees
- Infrastructure and security development
- IT procurement & installation
The IT Operation & Service Manager reports to the CTO and is a part of the IT management team, together with tech leads for our development teams.
To succeed in the role:
- You will need a couple of years prior experience of leading a technical service team successfully
- Love to bring the best possible service to the people
- Broad, but not necessarily ocean deep, IT operation knowledge
- Love to drive continues improvement and create structure
